TOPIC: I Have An Existing Metal Roof and Have A Question

Finding replacement panels for existing roof

Good Morning Lowell,
From what I know Alucobond offers insulated panels. That being said we do not work with Alucobond or insulated panels. I hope that helps with your question.

Thanks Dan. Hmmm ... I do not really have a way of tracking down that particular post. I am sorry. It probably went unanswered because we didn't have an answer. Sorry. Can you remind me of the question or if it's easier, just email me at [email protected] Thanks!

I've contacted over a dozen companies and lumber yards and I cannot find translucent panels with 10" on center ribbing either. Has anyone been successful in finding out who might make these. I've now contacted a couple of plastics companies to see if they have them.

I am sorry. I would not know what to do other than internet searches and making contacts at various translucent panel manufacturers.

Hi. I am trying to locate either some translucent panels or regular galvanized panels to replace 6 aged fiberglass panels on a building. They are about 11' in length. The owner says he thinks the building was built in the 70's. The panels are 36'' from center of outside rib to center of outside rib. I will try to attach some pictures. He just wants me to delete the translucent panels if possible, but new translucent panels would be okay as well if metal panels are not available. Older salvaged panels would work as well... its not for looks, but for function. If anyone can point me in a direction, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It doesn't seem to let me upload pictures, but I could email them.

Here are the photos that Clay provided. Can anyone help identify this panel?
