Our home is about 14 years old with original vertical panel style metal roof. The roof is in good condition with no rust or damage. Over the past winter we noticed 4-5 small leaks but cannot determine what exactly is leaking. We have replaced the screws and gaskets but it still leaks. My husband thinks it is coming in where the panels overlap. Without hiring a professional we do not know how to proceed to fix this before winter. Help!
