WHAT CONSIDERATIONS SHOULD BE MADE IN REGARDS TO FRAMING A NEW HOME THAT SHALL HAVE A METAL ROOF? MAINLY, EVERY HOW MANY INCHES ON CENTER SHOULD A 2X6 GO?

Most residential metal roofs are installed over solid decking such as plywood or OSB. Due to the low weight of these products, no special framing is necessary. The building can be framed as it would be for asphalt shingles. Todd Miller
