Installing standing seam and had to resheath the whole deck as well as replace fascia and some other miscellaneous that delayed the job and now we hit a decent rain today. Everything is currently under synthetic underlayment with drip edge/offsets and the first few panels run.
Now I am concerned about water between the underlayment and panels drying to finish install. Additionally, panels on the ground are all wet but those might dry in time. Will there be long term issues if we finish this roof and water is still trapped under the panels? Or trap more moisture by installing wet panels? Or do I need to try to remove the panels we have and let everything dry before redoing.
We have a couple days of dry weather before much bigger rain this weekend, so I am also a bit concerned about not finishing the panels before then.

This happens on most metal roofing projects actually. Not unusual at all. I have never seen problems result from it. The moisture dries out pretty quickly even after the panels are installed. Thanks for choosing metal!

Thanks for the reply Todd. I figured it must be common.
Couldn't be happier with the snap lock system so far, from price to appearance to performance, it was a no brainer for my particular roof.
