Double lock roof

I am having an issue with a double lock roof. The panel measures correctly per manufactures spec and we are using the same manufacturer material for coil and clips. When we lock the seam to double lock the clip broadcasts through the metal showing a bulge at the top and sides. Is there anything that can be done to adjust roof machine or seamer to avoid this. I have done many roofs like this with same result but very minor to almost no broadcasting of clips. Thanks.
