I'm installing my second copper standing seam roof with a 4:12 pitch. The first one had a ridge vent about 4-6" high that was ugly, especially near the hips.
Do you have any sources for other copper ridge vents having a lower profile?

Gosh, I do not know of any pre-formed products.
My company does have a ridge vent we can custom-make in copper or we can provide you with the design and you could have a local sheet metal shop bend it up, or perhaps do it yourself. It is designed for sitting on top of the roof seams.
Some of the other MRA manufacturers could perhaps produce this as well.
