Help my brand new roof looks awful

We just put a new metal roof on our house and it looks damaged and awful. Installer states its oil canning and it due to the color I chose. I was not told about this when we met with the sales person, it looks terrible! The same roof is on our garage and doesn't look bad. How can this happen?IMG_1269.jpegIMG_1272.jpeg

Was this installed on top of solid decking and underlayment or something else? It looks to me like, if you pulled a string up the rafters, you'd see there is a hump running across the center of the roof. Going over an unflat surface will force ripples into the panels.
