I have a double wide trailer that has always held Lit of heat in ceiling. My question is. I see alit of house have gable vents at the end of both sides of the house. Would this help me if I was to cut them into my trailer?

Proper ventilation requires intake and exhaust vents. You generally want a pretty even balance of both. A common way of venting is soffit vents as intake and ridge vent as exhaust. Opposing gable vents are less effective but better than nothing. Gable vents used with ridge vent does not work real well but can also be better than nothing. There is some info on ventilation in this recent industry webinar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYwD9CWveKY
