I have a flat roof that I often walk on in order to enjoy sunsets, fireworks, etc. Can I walk on a metal roof? Can a metal roof be installed over composition?

Many residential metal roofs are designed for installation over asphalt shingles. Many metal roofs do require a minimum 3:12 pitch though. Metal roofs are designed with varying degrees and ease of walkability, based upon the individual product design. By using this website, you can find product styles and manufacturers of them who can provide more product-specific answers to your questions.
