Low slope steel

Building a large home with attached garage and additional detached garage. All roof slopes will be one pitch to a two pitch. All shed roofs. Looking for ideas or manufactures which would be ideal for the situation. All will be a hot roof system. Was planning on grace HT underlayment on everything.

Anything less than 2:12 really should have a mechanically seamed standing seam if you choose metal. There may be an MRA member contractor in your area who does that ... or look perhaps for someone who does a lot of commercial metal roofing.

Always adhere to manufacturer specifications as far as pitch, etc. Metal Sales is a good company but that doesn't mean they have a product that is right for your application. As a general rule, I am wary of anything other than mechanically seamed standing seam on roof pitches under 2:12 and I would say "positively no" on pitches under 1.5:12
