Hello.
I’m a general contractor and have a client that would like me to reuse an existing roof on a new building. My question is should I use over size screws do to the existing holes?

It sounds like this is an exposed fastener product. Just as a reminder, I am not aware of any panel manufacturer who would warrant a second install like this. However, to answer your question, yes, I'd go to a larger screw for this next installation.
