TOPIC: I Have An Existing Metal Roof and Have A Question

Gutter location / snow sliding

I need gutters on my house in N.H. I am thinking of going with Leaf Guard but the slope of the gutter system is less than my roof. I am worried about the gutter system stopping the snow from sliding and lowering the gutter I may loose collection of the water. Is there a gutter that wold work up north?

I do not think your situation sounds all that uncommon. Have you contacted the corporate folks at Englert to talk this through?

Steven,

How about a picture? The reverse curl systems are typically better when it comes to allowing the snow to still slide off without pulling the gutters off the home.

The difference is that the reverse curl systems aren't usually adaptable to metal roof systems.
