2/2018 contractor installed metal roof on my house. Used Owens Corning Mat Moisture Barrier . He should have used Owens Corning moisture barrier for metal.
Now, I have staining drips onto the fascia.
I'm in southwest Florida.
Is the staining normal with Acrylume? Will the wrong mositure barrier result in higher cooling bills?
I was told the roof has a 50 year warranty. After payment in full, contracotr says it's a 25 yer warranty.
I'm beyond frustrated. Any advice?
