I have another concern about my barn-style storage. No butyl tape or any type of sealant was put under the rake trim on the barn. The metal panels are screwed into furring strips on top of old shingles. It will probably be okay as is but, for further determination, please send me a close up photo showing exactly what sort of trim is on the gable. You can email me at [email protected]
