commercial complex SARNAFil

Hi, had roof damage to 1/3 of the roof at condo complex in Pompano Beach, Florida. It appears there are so many opinions- repair- replace ?? Need help, the roof is SARNAFIL product- as such any repairs not accomplished by a SARNAFIL certified contractor will have no warranty.A moisture analysis has yet to be accomplished. Does not appear Sarnafil over the years has not contributed that much in warranty work. I am sure the guessing the roof is approx 8 years old may only be somewhat helpful.
