Exposed Fasteners on Standing Seam Flashing

I recently had a standing seam metal roof installed. Installer was recommended by manufacturer and proposal said concealed fastener metal roof. The fasteners are concealed on the panels but I see screws in the valley flashing, that I didn't notice at first. I've already paid him so I'm not sure if there is much I can do. Is this standard? Will I have to worry about screws backing out or grommets wearing away? I was under the impression that all fasteners would be concealed. I can attach pictures if needed.

Please attach photos so we see what was done. I think I know but I want to make sure.
