In process of replacing roof. Trying to decide between standing seam or direct fasten. What are the visible differences between the two?

Thank you. By "direct fasten" I assume you mean "exposed fastened". The visible difference is the screw heads that can be seen on exposed fastened panels. I have a comprehensive white paper I have written discussion the primary types of vertical seam metal roofs. Drop me an email at [email protected] and I will reply and send it to you. Todd Miller
