bath fan vent issue

I am planning a standing seam metal roof but don't know how to vent the existing bath fan as I cannot seem to find a roof vent with a flexible base that seals to the steel roof panels. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

The pipe boot is fine for sealing and they make cover and screened vent caps for the pipe as it extends through the roof. Eric Novotny
