Roofing my outbuilding

Need to know if I need to put down ferrimagnetic strips or not. My roof is 16' wide and 32 ft long and is a slant roof. there is 2 ' of fall in the 16 ft front to back. I have 2x8 trusses on 16" centers with 3/4 osb on top. I bought the sinthetic underlayment to go between the osb and the metal. Do I need to run the strips between the two or can I screw the metal straight to the OSB? Thanks in advance.

You probably can get by without strips, especially if this is an unheated building. However, as you may know, the only type of metal roof approved for that low pitch is a mechanically seamed standing seam metal roof. Todd Miller
