Standing Seam Width

I am ready to sign, but I have no idea the width to select. It would be extremely helpful if the photo gallery stated the width of the panel. What is common? 18/16/14? The fabricator I am using says they do mainly 18. I look at the pics and try to make an inference from an entry door at 36" Of all the information and pics on this site, stating the style of the panel would be useful. How big is the roof? Also somewhat depends on what is historically prevalent and accurate for your area. Many don't care for the smaller panels as they make the roof look a bit busy.
