Hello, I have a standing seam roof that I think is original to the 1911 house. It was painted 3 years ago but is peeling and there are some spots of rust. I have spent hours online trying to figure out what to paint it with. But the biggest problem seems to be coming up with a professional who knows how to properly prepare and apply the paint. I am hoping someone knows a professional company near Orange, VA who I could call. We had a local guy do it 3 years ago but it seems that it should have lasted longer than that. I would consider using the PPG AquaTec but am worried that I won't be able to find someone who knows how to apply it. Any recommendations for a professional roof painter near me? Thanks!

hi Olivia, Thanks for your question about metal roofing. From my experience, local paint stores are a great resource for paint and preparations, as well as quality local painters. Plus they are able to steer you right with regard to any local conditions, regulations or practices. Good Luck, David
