I have an older moble home 80's that has a Gable style metal roof the metal that was used is flat not ribbed which has now been compromised thanks to the proir work of an unskilled handy-man and super high winds, a large section of the roof has lifted up and over the peak. it was able to be put back to cover the opening with out any real damage and tarped the 2 seems for now.. so my question is Gable style Flat Metal Roof Compromised what would the best way to fix this? can I go over it with 1x4s & metal or should I take off the old and replace the metal, I am not sure of the best thing to do and I know its not going to be cheap but I really dont want to spend an arm and a leg for it. Thanks for your time
