I was told by my GC that standing seam metal roofing comes in "grades" and was shown a website that shows these grades. Now the GC and the website are long gone and lost and I am trying to remember what the grades were. Is there such a thing as a #7 and a #9 metal roof, and if so where could I find pictures of the differences of those? I have googled everywhere and it finally brought me here. Mahalo.

Being that you are in Hawaii, they were probably referring to the thickness of the Aluminum (lets hope they used aluminum) coil stock/panel.
