I am looking for a 16" - 17" snaplock panel with a 3/4" rib, bonderized finish with no striations or ribs. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks, Ed

Bonderized is a treatment to accept paint. Usually on G-90 galvanized steel. It should be painted. The only reason for using it if you do not like the colors that are available from a coil coated supplier. Painting a metal roof after it is installed will not last as long as a coil coated product. This is not the type of product that a member of the Metal Roof Alliance would promote as it does not meet the minimum standards. Going with no ribs or striations is ok but you can expect oilcaning which is a waviness in the flat area of the panel. Purely an aesthetic issue, not a performance concern.
