stack pipe and vent installation

I have a shingle roof on a trailer an i was wondering if i could install a metal roof without removing the stack pipes or vents

Yes, they can be flashed around. Any attic vents probably should be replaced. Make sure that the metal roof you choose is appropriate for the pitch of your roof. Todd Miller
