I am considering insulating with Prodex (foil backed bubble wrap) on the underside of an existing storage facility that amounts to about 75,000 square feet. The reason is major condensation issues in the winter and spring. The corrugated metal is sitting directly on 2x6" rafters , but because the rafters run near flat and are parallel to the ridge, the corrugated metal condensation drips down the rafter and onto the stored items causing a problem. So...Is this the correct material to use or could you recommend something else? Or any other solution for the fix? Thanks, Buckley

I do not think this will end the problem though it may transfer it a bit. I would suggest spraying the underside of the roofing with closed cell urethane foam insulation.
