what would be the UL number to get a 1hr rating using a 5v crimp roof and 5/8"plywood and 2x6 roof rafters or wood trusses?

You are looking for a "Class A fire Assembly" test which under UL is a UL#790. Check with the manufacturer and see if they have this test on their product.
