Will solder residue on metal roofs affect quality of runoff, or is there any solder used on most metal roofs?

Today's pre-formed metal roofs do not use solder. The only occasion that solder might be needed would be with a custom-formed roof perhaps over a flat or curved area. Todd Miller

Except for instances of hand-formed metal roofs for low slope or some exotic metal roofs, solder is not used on today's metal roofs.
