I have posted just a little while ago and wanted to add something else about the condensation. I notice that in the bedroom outside wall that it is damp about 4" out and about 4foot to 5 foot long. Could this be caused by incorrectly installed insulation? the roof pitch is 5/12 pitch. there are no other indication of dampness on the ceiling nor on the wall. thanks for any help Errol

This very much could be condensation and insulation issues. Todd Miller
