We have a 14 year old kynar coated metal roof and some of the screws have backed out creating leaks on our screened porch. I can't see the rest of the house without going up the mountain and using binoculars but I have to assume the heated part of the house has the same problems. The roofer I contacted wanted to replace all the screws with larger ones...my question to him was 'Is this going to happen again?' He couldn't give me an answer. Are there screws that will not back out?

As long as he used a high quality large diameter screw, I think things will be okay. Todd Miller
