I am putting a screened in porch on the back of my house. The roof will have a low slope 2.25/12. Someone suggested a standing seam metal roof. Is this a good choice?

There are certain standing seam roofs suitable for this low pitch. I am a firm believer in metal roofing. Make sure that the product you choose is suitable for this pitch. Also, compare warranties and coatings. Use this MRA website to peruse manufacturers of vertical seam roofing and inquire about their products.
