I have a shed roof about 1800 sq' that needs reroofing. I have used reflective coating (Sunguard) in the past and it works really well in keep the uninsulated roof cool and the effect is dramatic in the house.
Do you have any comments on such a type of roof coating vs. say white metal (which was tested as best for cooling in a test for "habitat for humanity") ?
And how does cost of installing between the two compare?
