Hi For 16 mos we've been dealing with an ins. claim on a damaged roof. They replaced our existing aluminum roof last year with a new steel roof. It was a disaster and we've finally gotten the insurance co to agree to replace it. This time, we get to pick the co and the installer. We've been researching, and everything we read makes us stressed out over what co to pick and how to ensure we end up with the results we want - beautiful, sound, non-leaky roof that lasts forever! Not too mch to ask, is it? Seems to be! Can you give us some tips, we know, check references, look at sites, but, what can we do to make sure we get what we pay for? This job is over $100K, so we really need someone who knows what they're doing. Complicated, lots of gables, 150 year old house. Please give us some advice. Thanks!
