TOPIC: Insulation Concerns

Insulators removing tin on roof

How would this hold up in court if something went wrong with the installation if the insulators have removed the tin off the roof to install insulation? They said they can't install in through the man hole.

The last person to disturb the roof is probably the most liable. I would have a roofer on hand to do the removal and re-installation. Eric Novotny
