I had a small two stall barn structure added on to an existing structure, and in winter i notice alot of condensation that drips all over.!! The horses warm the air against the cold roof, which has a very slow slop. I tried commercial spray foam, and had no success...please help,. Hoping to not have to replace entire roof.!!

You need more insulation value in the roof and some sort of non-permeable barrier (if closed cell foam, not required).
If that is not an option, you will need to ventilate that warm moist air from accumulating along the roof line.
