hi i just put a new metal roof on my new home and am getting a lot of condesation on osb and dripping down on insulation, was told do not use gable vents and soffit because it acts against each other,dont know what to believe, can someone pleae help me,am in needd of answers before mold sets in thank you very much

I would add continuous soffit and ridge vents. This will ventilate the attic space and help with the condensation issue. It will also reduce the chance of ice dams.
