TOPIC: Chimney Flashing

I have a tile-lined block chimney that comes out of the roof on the back side, below the peak. There is a triangle section of roof above the chimney. It's a perfect triangle, 16 inches per side. With no space on the sides of the chimney, I'm not sure how to roof that area. I DON'T want to have to depend on tar stuff and re-do it every year and have it leak only sometimes... Thanks for any suggestions!

I would suggest using a curb made from welded aluminum. See the attached picture for a good example.
