I have intention to install metal roofing, either bluescope zincalum metal roofing or pre-painted galvanized metal roofing for my house. My concerns are:-
1. Noise level
2. Lightning
3. Rust
4. Leak
5. Durability
6. Can it withstand a person walking on the it
