I had a metal room installed on my oriel on the side of my house.. the roof itself looks nice, but they put a 6 inch flashing on top of my brand new stucco... was this necessary i hate the way it looks and was wanted to know if i should have someone else try to fix this mess.

There are a variety of reasons why it might have been done this way. However, especially if it was cut into the stucco, it will be difficult to change now. Would it help to paint the flashing to match the stucco? Todd Miller
