We bought a house a few months ago in San Jose, California. We recently found that the metal shingle roof (I guess it is called Dacron shingle) has dents and bended shingles in many places. We did not see any leakage of the roof over the last few months, but some people told me that those bended shingles may leak. I called several roof repair guys but they don't seem to like fixing metal roof at all. Is there anything I can do if we want to repair/replace those shingles without replacing the whole roof? Please advise. alex

I am guessing maybe the product is Decra, not Dacron. You can easily find Decra on the web. I suspect if you contact them they will be able to give you repair instructions. Todd Miller
