I put a metal roof up that has a Kynar 500 paint system. I had alot of ash (from a pellet stove) and tree sap on it in spring. What is the best way to clean it off? Just soap and water? Thanks.

Water and detergent such as Tide should work fairly well. However, you could also add some trisodium phosphate (TSP) such as Soilax if necessary. Rinse with clear water. Todd Miller
