I want to ask about the best material of metal roof insulation and the thickness of the insulation from the interior. I agree, but if youre talking about a commercial building with an exposed metal roofing system, the Spray Polyurethane Foam will provide the highest R value per inch as well as a vapor barrier and wind block. Three inches seems to be the optimal thickness due to the fallacy of the R factor.
