how to raise oversize panels to roof

preparing to install 3ft by 30ft panel sections to barn roof purlins roof pitch is 5/12 eve is 9 foot above ground how to get the panel "up there" without bending or damaging presently they are on a trailer it was suggested to me that the panels can be bent slightly end to end concave to the top side but not to bend them concave to the bottom side Thanks scott
