I need to replace a composite roof on an L shaped house with 2 peaks, one runs North/South and the other East West. Which type of metal roof, shakes, vertical etc is the least expensive for materials and which method is the least expensive for installation.

Oh wow ... so many options. The least expensive typically would be a through fastened corrugated style of "sheet" roofing in steel. Todd Miller
