I recently had a metal roof installed on my home and some of the details such as flashing, the ridges, and seams around the chimney are unacceptably sloppy. The roofer is willing to correct the problem but I want to give them a visual refence of what the details should look like. The roofing manufacturer said they cannot provide me with photos because they do not have any available. The only reference I have are drawings. Any idea how I can ensure that the work is done according to specifications? Thanks.

Drawings and written details from the manufacturer would normally be used. Can the manufacturer send a rep out to oversee the repairs?
