we are a roll forming contractor and have been for 15yrs or so. we now have a customer refusing to pay because of oil canning. and he subsiqentialy has filed a law suit in an attempt not to pay and force the release of our lien on his second home which he needs to refinance. I am in search of legal resources to assist me. as well as technical data or any court presidents please respond. ie my contract specifically precludes oil canning as a cause of rejection as does every other mfg.
