I am going to roof my pitched roof with cold rolled Flat copper sheets 36" x 120". I will be folding all 4 sides, 2 up and 2 down and then soldering them together. Will the size of the sheets create a ripple or corrugation of the sheets due to expansion? Thank you Rafael

At that size, yes, you may see some rippling. Many folks will consider that to be part of the charm and beauty of a soldered sheet installation. The Copper Development Association will be able to help you calculate the anticipated expansion and contraction of panels that size. Todd Miller
