I manage a piece of property that has a 20x20 metal carport with gravel floor. At the direction of the property owner I have partially enclosed 3 sides. Being in the great northwest, I get a significant amount of condensation and dripping inside. The property owner would like to know if there is any type of product that can be painted on the outside of the roof of the carport that would prevent this condensation problem? I say "no", and there is a steak dinner riding on this!

I could be wrong, but I think you've earned your steak dinner! But let's wait for the condensation expert (Todd Miller) to weigh in on this. (I think he knows more about the subject than about anyone I know)

I agree. There is nothing that could be painted. Todd Miller
