I HAVE A 20 YR OLD ROOF THAT IS GREEN THERE IS A COUPLE OF LEAKS. HARDLY ANY RUST. I WANT TO SEAL COAT AND OR PAINT IT A TAN COLOR. I MADE IT A HOUSE SO I WANT IT 2 BE SEALED ,BUT TAN TO MATCH THE NEW METAL I PUT ON THE SIDES . IT IS A 50 X100 SO I DON'T WANT TO STRIP IT . You can either go to a quality paint store and look for a quality primer and top coat or google "metal roof restoration" and look at the elastomeric type coatings.
