I have an old weekend cabin I am redoing. I am currently putting on the metal roof. I am thinking I want to insulate and then finish in the inside. What is the most economical and easiest insulation I can use. I am thinking if I use regular pink insulation it will absorb moisture and spray on may be costly. What are the other alternitives and your suggestion. Thanks, Joey

No attic. It is 2 by's with metal attached and then want to finish ceiling underneath.I was thinking something like reflectix foil insulation tacked between ceiling and roof.Would this work?

You really need a complete vapor barrier beneath the insulation and I would also suggest ventilation between the metal and the insulation. Todd Miller
